Mission and History

The meaning behind the logo.

“The splendor of the rose and the whiteness of the lily do not rob the little violet of its scent nor the daisy of its simple charm. If every tiny flower wanted to be a rose, spring would lose its loveliness.”

― St. Therese of Lisieux

Inspired by this quote we believe that as women we were created with our own unique gifts and abilities, just as each flower is created with its own distinct beauty and originality.

Just as we are representative of these flowers, we see our conference as a garden — a place for women to come together in their uniqueness and individuality to grow together toward Christ and His Church.

Our Mission…

We are prayerfully and intentionally crafting a new mission statement for our conference. Please check back soon!

Our History…

The Oklahoma Women’s Conference began in 2008 thanks to a small group of dedicated women who had a vision of bringing together hundreds of women for a single day of fellowship and deepening their Catholic faith. Since then, the conference has outgrown venues and welcomed many talented speakers and vendors. Previous speakers include Father Leo Patalinghug, Immaculee Ilibagiza, Gloria Purvis, Father Andrew Apostoli, Dr. Mary Amore, and several others!
