Below you will find the registration form for our 2027 conference, which will be held
January 16, 2027 at the Oklahoma City Convention Center.
Pricing is below. All registrations include in-person access to all talks and vendors, lunch, snacks, and drinks. To purchase any conference merchandise, simply add to your order below and pick up at the conference.
Early Bird Pricing (Sept. 8 - Sept. 30): $75
General Admission (Sept. 30 - Dec. 31): $85
Student Admission: $65
Planning to volunteer? Please wait to register. Volunteer sign-ups will be available Oct. 1, so please register here only after completing the Volunteer Sign Up and receiving your volunteer code for the discount. Volunteers receive $25 off General Admission, a free t-shirt, and a pass for parking during the conference.
