We’ve Rebranded…
Welcome to the new website for the Oklahoma Catholic Women’s Conference! As you can see, things look a little different around here. Several months ago, the conference committee decided a rebranding of the conference could be a good thing for us moving forward. We desired a new logo that represented what our conference is all about: bringing together different women from all ages and stages of life to encounter Christ and deepen their Catholic faith. As we contemplated and prayed about what this new logo might look like, a quote by Saint Therese kept coming to mind:
“The splendor of the rose and the whiteness of the lily do not rob the little violet of its scent nor the daisy of its simple charm.
If every tiny flower wanted to be a rose, spring would lose its loveliness.”
With this quote in mind (thanks Holy Spirit!), our committee began to envision this conference as a sort of garden, where we as women represent different flowers, so to speak. Some of us might be daisies, others might be lilies, still others are violets, and the list goes on. God created us all with our own unique gifts and abilities, yet he wants us to grow, together, as in a beautiful garden. We see our conference as a place for women to come together, growing in both community and personal mission with our eyes fixed on Jesus and Our Blessed Mother Mary as our guide.
In our new logo, you will see the four flowers that Saint Therese mentions in her quote. These represent the different women who attend our conference. The flowers are growing towards Christ on the cross, as a reminder that true growth only comes from Jesus and the graces He gives us. The colors we decided on are soft yet stunning shades of pink and green. Pink is to represent our femininity—true, authentic, Catholic femininity. Green represents growth, something we believe that this conference, only with the help of the Holy Spirit, can help foster in each woman’s spiritual journey.
We are incredibly optimistic for the future of this conference and have a big vision for it moving forward. We hope you are as excited as we are to step through the doors of the Embassy Suites in Norman on February 27, 2021. Mark your calendars, and we will see you there!

A very BIG thank you to the incredibly talented Leigha Liuzza, from our very own Archdiocese of Oklahoma City, for bringing this vision of rebranding to life for us!
