Final Updates and Reminders - See you Saturday!

  • Location: The address to the Oklahoma City Convention Center is 100 Mick Cornett Drive, Oklahoma City, OK 73109. Once you enter the convention center either through the first level doors or the 2nd floor skybridge from the Convention Center garage please make your way to the 3rd floor for our conference.

  • Parking: We highly encourage you arrive early and carpool to help with parking. The two closest lots to the Convention Center are the Convention Center Garage and Scissortail Lot. Both of these options will be $10 (cash or card) when you enter and will cover your parking for the day. We have attached a parking map below for your reference. These lots may fill up, so be prepared to look at other nearby lots and wear your walking shoes!

    • Convention Center Garage - located at 15 Mick Cornett Drive with entrances on both Mick Cornett (south entrance) and S. Broadway (east entrance). From this garage, walk across the 2nd floor Skybridge and then head up to the 3rd floor to join us!

    • Scissortail Lot - located at 500 S. Robinson with entrances on Robinson, SW 6th and SW 7th. From this lot walk directly across Robinson St. to enter the Convention Center and make your way up to the 3rd floor.

  • Sip & Shop Event: Join us Friday evening from 7-9 PM to shop with several of your favorite conference vendors without the conference crowds. Tickets are $25 and include your first glass of wine, appetizers, and of course early access to shopping. Purchase tickets here.

  • Conference Check-in: On Saturday morning, doors open and check-in begins at 7:30 AM. When you arrive on the 3rd floor, look for the attendee name tags laid out on tables at the top of the escalator. To check-in, simply find and take your name tag. As a reminder, the opening remarks will begin at 8:30 AM, with the first talk by Dr. Scott Hahn at 8:45 AM.

  • Ticket transfers: At this point, there is no need to e-mail us to make a ticket transfer. If you are coming in someone else’s place, please find their name tag when you arrive and bring it to the Help/Information Desk to exchange it for one with your name.  As a reminder, the opening remarks will begin at 8:30 AM, with the first talk by Dr. Scott Hahn at 8:45 AM, so arrive early for ticket transfers.

  • Lunch: Lunch will be a baked potato bar with chicken noodle soup and a side salad. With a variety of toppings for the potatoes, including dairy-free butter substitutes, this should accommodate many dietary needs. If this does not accommodate your dietary needs, we recommend bringing a lunch or looking at the menus at nearby restaurants for an alternative option. Unlike some previous years, we will not be serving breakfast, so be sure to eat before you arrive.

  • Shopping: On Saturday, Vendors open at 7:30 AM. Make sure you arrive early to get some shopping done before the conference if you are hoping to visit all the vendor booths. Consider bringing cash as some vendors may not accept credit cards.

  • T-shirts and merch sales: Pre-ordered t-shirt pick up will take place from 7:30-8:30 AM in the lunch room (Room 302A-D). Merchandise sales will open upon conclusion of the first talk where you picked up your name tag. If you pre-ordered a shirt, you must pick it up before noon to ensure you receive it. Merch sales and pre-order pick up will also be available at Friday evening’s Sip & Shop event.

  • Holy Sacrifice of the Mass: Our conference will conclude with Holy Mass celebrated by Archbishop Coakley at 4 PM. Families are welcome to join us for Mass, and it does count for your Sunday obligation! We encourage family members to allow time for parking.
